Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ArbicFireTV, we are committed to providing high-quality digital solutions and services. To ensure transparency and fairness for both our business and our users, our refund policy is based on actual service usage.

1. Pre-Payment Verification

We provide a testing and verification period for all ArbicFireTV software and services. By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have tested the program, verified its functionality, and confirmed that it meets your requirements and is “as described.”

2. Subscription Refunds

If you choose to cancel your subscription after payment has been processed, your refund will be calculated proportionally based on the time remaining on your term.

  • Quarterly Increments: Refunds are calculated in quarter-year (3-month) increments.

  • Calculation Method: The total subscription fee is divided by the number of quarters in the term. Any partial use of a quarter is billed as a full quarter to cover administrative, server, and licensing costs.

  • Example: For a 1-year subscription (8 quarters), each quarter is valued as Your payment Divided by 4.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Services already rendered or completed.

  • One-time setup fees or custom configurations.

  • Subscription periods that have already been fully utilized.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation and prorated refund, please contact us directly through our official WhatsApp support channel. Please provide your transaction details and the phone number/email associated with your ArbicFireTV account. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal).

5. Dispute Resolution

We value our users and aim to resolve all concerns directly. We strongly encourage users to contact the ArbicFireTV support team via WhatsApp before initiating a third-party dispute. We are committed to a fair, rapid, and professional resolution process.
